Any personal information you send us through the contact forms(name, email) will get stored on our email processor’s infrastructure (Mailgun) for a limited time period unless you sign up for our newsletter in which case information are stored to our email marketing partner’s server infrastructure (Mailchimp). Mailgun is a strong advocate for privacy and user rights and has already taken all necessary measures to comply with the new GDPR laws. We use Mailgun as our email processorIf you opt out of any mailing lists you have previously opted in, you will remain in Mailchimp’s database with the “Unsubscribed” status for a maximum of 3 months. After that period your data will be permanently deleted. If you would like your information to be removed before that time, please contact us and we will do as requested. If you submit a video through the Upload a Video page, your personal information(name, email) will only get stored up until the moment we respond to you to let you know whether your video link was accepted and published to our website or not. Once we reply to you, your personal information will then be deleted from our servers.
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to register or login with a social profile, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for making your online experience on our website more personalized.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing or a general informational newsletter, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
When you send video links for submission to our website, your personal information(name, email address) will only be stored so that we can contact you whether your video link was accepted and published to our website or not.
