Reaper is an inexpensive digital audio workstation that’s perfect for the home recording studio. In this series, we cover Reaper from first installation and setup, all the way to exporting a final audio project.

In Part 7 of this series, we cover how to record MIDI and input MIDI notes on the piano roll, using both drums and synthesizers. For drums, we’ll input a drum map to make note inputting easier. We’ll also cover other MIDI tools such as quantization.
